My mission is to provide heartfelt, artistic, and meaningful photography that reflects the essence of Gods divine design. 

Hi I’m Carmen, the women behind the Camera. From My earliest memories, I was the girl with a camera in hand, (Those good old kodak disposable ones too!) capturing moments that held meaning, beauty, love, laughter and joy. I started my schooling in photography, photography business, & Small Business Marketing and PR. I opened Holy Shutterbug Photography in August 2023 and have faithfully been serving the Calgary and greater area ever since.

We have prices on the site here, BUT, I believe everyone should have access to affordable family photos. We all fall on hard times, and unsuspected circumstances. SO if you are looking to book a session and the package you want isn’t in budget for you, send me your budget and I’ll do my very best to work within that budget and get you lasting memories for a life time! Also HSB doesn’t like to do Image caps, I send you everything that turns out, weather it’s a 15min session with 20 photos or a 2hr session with 80 photos etc. I like to send everything that turns out, so you have every moment that turned out amazing!

I’m a wife, a mom, I am a stay at home, home school mom, and owner of holy shutterbug photography, I want family photos to be fun not stressful, so if you want someone who is gonna get it, and will take breaks so kids can rest and parents can relax, then I am the photographer for you! book now!
